Good cheap video card for this system?

Well i recently got this Aopen desktop from my friend with the following specs

-Azza 694bx motherboard
-900mhz celeron
-128mb of ram

I just looking for something that is decent because the system is going to be used in my car

no.....that show is crap

the computer is for data logging and tuning of my ECU and playing music and videos and stuff

I think it would work for those types of limited things. Maybe not video..

I have a similar computer.
It's use a TNT32 Card.
It' can play dvd fluently.

You could overclock.. I don't know how that chip would do however.
