Good choice for business server kept at home?

I'd like to buy a server I can keep at home for storing business-related data (30+ TB)

The Advatronix server (found here: http://www.advatronix.com/products/CU1200/ ) seems promising.

I was wondering if some here could give me their thoughts on this server since this community seems pretty experienced on such matters. Would this be a good choice?
 
Save your money for a lot less buy a used server from Craigslist or eBay or build your own server for way less.
