good cpu cooler

hey im lookin for a good lga775 socket cpu cooler. no watercooling but enough for me to oc a bit. Which do you have in mind. and which thermal paste or grease.

that's supposed to be just as effective as an entry level water cooling rig, and silent to boot.

This is the one i have on pentium d oc'ed to 3.4ghz, and its runs idle at 27 c and 38 at full load, thts with arctic 5 thermal grease
