Good enough for friend?

Is the nVidia FX5500 128MB good enough to run the latest Americas Army 2.8?

3-D graphics card with 256mb+ memory and support for hardware
transformation and lighting
3.0 GHz processor or equivalent
English version of Windows(r) 2000/XP Operating System with latest updates
1gb RAM
3.5gb of uncompressed hard disk space for game files
DVD-ROM (not required for downloaded installations)

Broadband Network Connection

He has an HP Pavilion a705W. Will it work with the VGA card?

The only diffrence between the X1300 and 9250 is,
X1300 supports Shader model 3.0 and DX9 compared to Shader model 1.3 and DX8 that the 9250 supports

Yes I just checked it and it does look like that. Sadly he doesnt have a big budget of $100 so is the card I said a good one for running that game that I quoted in my first post?
 
It'll have to do, as the newer PCI cards, x1300 and 6200 are all over $100. Anyways, just make sure you get a PCI version of the fx5500.
