good enough psu?

I have read PSU101 first off, but this is sort of opinion. Is my PowMax Demon ok to suffice the following. It's got 24A on the +12v, and 580W. I need it to power OCZ 512x2=1gb; cas:2 timing:2-2-2-5. I would like to OC voltage. - A Prescott 3.0E, soon to be overclocked (including vCore) - Sapphire Radeon X800Pro AGP, soon to be OCed. - 2 SATA drives, 2 DVD/RWs, 1 Floppy. - 2 heatsink fans, 5 case fans, fan controller, lots of lighting (lit IDE, cathode, etc), - Sound Blaster Live!. - and usually all 6 USB ports filled. Should I just get a new one, and if so, what suggestions?
 
yah, it will cope ok but if you really push the overclocking to the absolute max you might find you want a bit more on the 12v rail
 
k, thanks guys. How much OCing would need more 12v rail? I'm hoping to get my 3.0Ghz to 3.6, and my memory to 600Mhz+, and my card, not too much, should the 24A hold that?
