Good enough?

The clock speed is the frequency at which it cycles. In a nutshell, the higher the clock speed, the more times it operates per second, and thus the faster it is. I don't know the actual difference between 32-bit and 64-bit, but you can only install $GB of RAM in a 32-bit computer. Up to 8GB of RAM can be installed in a 64-bit computer.

how do u get it to take more then 8gb then??
also i had already budgeted for the 9550 so do u think i should put the extra ~$170 to a better mobo and get cooling for ~$50??? ps i have absolutely no knowledge how to overclock :P it it something i can be told how to do simply?
also if i do decide to go with the HD4870 should i choose a different mobo for later mods??

ók, stick with the 9550, that mobo will be good, but got a good fan.

Overclocking needs to be tought to you and someone would need to sit down and help you, as your a so called "noob" i wouldn't recommend Overclocking.

4870 is good, and that motherboard will be fine for it.

yeh thats wot i wasnt too sure about, i mean i only started looking for a computer about a week ago :P
hypothetically if i wanna run 2x4870's in the future, dont i needa get a mobo that is crossfire compatible or something?

Look in the CPU and overclocking section for info about overclocking. I'm sure they could teach you everything after some time. As far as I know it's not too hard at all, you just have to know what you're doing. My BIOS is locked because I bought a stock computer, but check that section of the forum. If you're not going to overclock, you don't really need an after market CPU fan, except for looks maybe.
