So I have the http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147061 case and I was reading that there is a couple ways to hook it up, through the motherboard and set the speed through the computer or straight to the psu and manually control them from the case..I think thats right lol.. Any ideas whats better?

If you're not concerned about noise then just plug it right into the PSU. If you are you can plug it into the motherboard and control it through the BIOS. You may be able to find a program to control it also if you go through the motherboard. I don't know of any though.
The above is all assuming this is a case fan and not your CPU fan/heatsink. That will plug right into the motherboard.

Yeah, those fans will be plugged directly into the power supply. You can buy a fan controller if you're concerned by the noise.
