good for overclocking

No, its a pre-built PC so it'll have no overclocking facilites. Generally only PC's using branded boards like Phillips (They use ECS boards with a full BIOS) or Mesh Computers allow overclocking because they have taken off the shelf components. Most likely that product has a bespoke motherboard.

EDIT: It's a laptop so definately not.
 
Most prebilt pc's do not overclock very well as most will void your warranty if something goes wrong with overclocking.Also you can't overclock a laptop due to the heat.
