Well... finding free blu ray software is pretty rare.

As far as I know there aren't any free Blu-ray players that can reliably play commercial discs. AACS and BD+ are updated often enough to cause problems even for commercial products. Commercial products are also the only ones to support menus.

PowerDVD by CyberLink http://www.cyberlink.com/products/powerdvd/overview_en_GB.html?&r=1 I use PowerDVD 9 and it's fine, not sure what the new version is like. You'd have to buy it though.
