Pretty sure that someone just took a photo of this scenery and was like "ah yeah this looks like crysis i will upload it to the net for laughs" graphics cards or programmers are not up to real life graphics in games yet
No, that's an actual screenshot, the mod's called real lifesis; I've tried it and it looks great but runs a bit slower than the vanilla version of the game maxed out.
EDIT:I probably should've mentioned that this pic was scaled down from 1920x1200, so it may be harder to discern if it is a pc game or not.
