Good Gaming Desktop For $800-$900

Hello! I am sort of new to PC gaming and the specs of desktops. I have heard that buying prebuilt PC's isn't the best idea because building one is cheaper. I am not so familiar with what graphic cards to use and what core, ram, motherboard, etc. Can someone give me a list of specs to build a great gaming desktop with? I would want it to run any game 1080p at least 60fps on high settings. My budget it around $800-$900. I play games such as Rust, Battlefield 1, GTA V, NBA, and a few others.

Like Cisco said, the CPU is a bit dated, but overall it is a good price. Of course, you can get what you want and maybe more if you took that money and built it yourself, but it's all up to personal preference.
