good gaming nvidia card?

First of all I start off with my specs:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)
Memory: 1022MB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce 6200SE TurboCache(TM)
Manufacturer: NVIDIA
Chip type: GeForce 6200SE TurboCache(TM)
DAC type: Integrated RAMDAC
Display Memory: 256.0 MB

And I cant really enjoy WoW at its best , the graphics are not very smooth and the gameplay can get slow (when I tried making the graphics better the pc sometimes crashed , so I realised that this card is not build for gaming .

so I was just wondering what nvidia graphic card E90-115 would be the best for my pc ?

I dont really know how to check this , my friend told me to check the label on the comupter but i couldnt find it? is there another way ?

As TOO suggested, the 7600GT would be a great choice for your computer if you have a PCI-e slot. While there are other 6200 series graphics cards that aren't PCI-e, I can't find any AGP turbocache 6200 series graphics cards. My guess would be you have PCI-e. However to double check, you could take a picture of your computer case with the side off.

My board says pci-e right next to the slot. he could just check to see if his does too.
