Looks like a great build, but I highly recommend spending a bit more money and get the 7900GT or 7900GTO.

If I drop the CPU to an E6400 would it make a very big difference?
If I did that I would have enough money to get a 7900GTO.

Drop the processor to an E6400 and get an X1900XT.
