Good Gyration?

Anyone ever used a Gyration Optical Air Mouse? See Here. I think this would be pretty cool to play first person shooters on my TV like a Nintendo Wii! Feedback? Pretty sure, I might buy it.
 
I've seen those but never used one. I doubt it's nearly as good as the Wii's controller. Besides, it's not like games are made(for the PC) to use a controller like that.
 
The game shouldn't matter? it's a gyroscopic mouse and mouse around on the screen just like a regular mouse only in the air. I don't think there would be a problem?
 
What I mean, I've seen some games(or atleast it was advertised like this) were the controller moved the gun around on the screen. A mouse on a PC basically moves your person around(or you're line of sight)
 
Yeah, we used to sell them at work, but they didn't sell very well (not many interested in the idea...) Ours went for about $50 for the basic model and something like $75 for the better one, but we don't have it any more. Can't even remember the model anymore, it's been a year and a half since we had them... :o

gyration seems like my only option then
