Good Headphones/mic

I need some recommendations a new set of headphones with a mic that wont break the wallet but still deliver good performance for someone who games and records/listens to music. I prefer 3.5mm and full ear encasing design (i tried some usb ones and they failed utterly.)

Yes, of course. I'd like to keep it around 40 or 50, but if something that's truly worth it pops up, i might consider the investment. I'm tired of shilling 20 bucks every few months on poor headphones.

Haha, i saw that on my Newegg daily email promo thing, and that is what prompted me to start this thread. If those are nice, i'll grab them up when they go on sale.
