Good HSF for 1156

i3 530 currently rocking a stock fan (I was lazy) :/

Anyway, idling at 47*C and that just won't do. Sad to say, I've been severely preoccupied and am somewhat out-dated when it comes to the new fans on the market. Any recommendations for a nice one to lower temps? Let's say...around $40-ish.
