Good laptop?

I mean, basically, compared to others. How good or bad is this laptop?

I attached two photos which are screen shots of my system.
 
Well I don't see any pictures. Are you wondering what's a good laptop to buy, or are you wondering if your current laptop is a good one? Guess I need a little more info to go off of if you really a answer...
