Good low power GFX Cards?

Hey, I am looking for any good NVIDIA Low Power GFX Cards. Does anyone know of any good ones? Im trying to help a friend out here because he needs a GFX Card but only has a 300watt power supply.

Whats the rest of his setup?

Nvidia doesnt have too many low power cards. The 9600gt green edition is about the lowest.
For low power, I'd really recommend a 5670. 9800gt performance with nearly half the power consumption. BUT, he would have to have a newer setup. It has to be a 2.0 pcie slot, 5k series ati cards won't work on 1.0 slots.
