Good mid MB for gaming???

Im going to build a mid gaming rig for a friend of mine. He has a budget of $525, and he will not be playing crazy of the wall games ( i dont think) what is all of your opinions on the MB and CPU:???

that loooks great for socket 939 except 939 is going obsolete.

try AM2 unless this is only a one-1.5 year computer

The performance difference between current AM2 processors and past s939 processors is minuscule. I don't know if you're suggesting he purchase an AM2(I can't understand half of what you typed) but unless you plan to upgrade later, there's really no reason to go AM2.
