This is a good board, however not worth the price tag. May I recommend the Gigabyte GA-8IPE1000 PRO-G (
www.newegg.com)

RAM: 4x DIMM for Dual-Channel DDR400/333/266 Max 4GB
IDE : 2x ATA 100 up to 4 Devices
Slots: 1x AGP 8X/4X(1.5V only), 5x PCI

Onboard LAN: Marvell 8001 Gigabit Ethernet
Onboard SATA: 2x SATA 150

This board has an 8 channel onboard sound, and Gigabit Ethernet. Im not sure what that SOFTMENU™ TECHNOLOGY is though. I'm assuming that its some sort of BIOS feature, but this board has its ups too including Dual BIOS.
I dont have a problem with the board, and it may be the best investment in my machine.
