Good Overclock?

I have my eVGA 7800gtx at
520/1400
Is this a good overclock? I am using the stock cooler
Temp is 45 C at idle, i'm not sure about load.
What is the usual overclock for the 7800gtx?

i got a 7800GTX clocked at 438/1.20

If i were you I'd really watch the temps on my card. Just because you clocked it that high and dont see anything happening doesnt mean nothing is happening to your card. I hope you read through the Overclocking FAQ because you can do some serious damage to your card if you dont increase the clock at small increments at a time.

My temps are at 43C idle now. That isn't bad is it?

EDIT: And I overclocked it in small increments of 5 or sometimes 10.
