Good overclocking Board

i was wondering, what is a good overclocking board?

supports sata-300
has a pci-e port

what do pci-e x1 and x4 do?
and is the onboard sound on this sucker good?

- PCIEx1 and PCIEx4 sit there and power devices plugged into their sockets
- Note that not all the SATA lines are SATA3.0 .. the MSI K8N Neo4 PlatinumSLI and Diamond are all SATA3.0 IIRC
