Good Quality Webcam's

I am looking for a few good quality, decent priced webcam's.

They will be for watching a room, in different areas, so I would like to good quality.



I plan on buying 4 or 5.



Budget, I don't know yet, just recommend some things.

does it matter on Megapixels the highest for a webcam is about 1.3 or so.

Do you have a supplier you would buy from and then we could help you.
 
Yea like enwegg or soemthing. Or if u plan on buying in store, please post up which store.
 
I am looking for decent quality for filming an active room.


So no lag or anything like that.


I'll probably buy from Newegg.

If I do buy from a store, I would buy from Microcenter, but since I'll be buying a few, I may buy online.

OK,

Well what i have is a Microsoft VX 3000.

Depending on your budget you could get the better one of the VX 6000.

But if it is just for monitoring then go for the VX 1000 or the VX 3000.

The higher you go in the price the more functions the webcam is going to have. :)
 
If I cant find a good deal on automatic rotating webcams, I'll look into buying standard ones, and placing them around the room.
