good ram?

looks good id say maybe u could get a better deal on price but its pretty good

If you don't Plan to overclock your RAM, or mabe even a little, you don't need that fancy RAM, you can get better deals with Corsair Value Select RAM, same company, different (as in better) price.

What are the timings on that?

Either way G.Skill 2 Gb kits are alot better valuewise IMHO
