good sleek case

Most PSUs included with cases are terrible, including the Apevia and Raidmax ones. Antec are one of the few companies to bundle quality PSUs with their cases, and the Sonata II represents superb value with the MIR. Like the rest of the Antec cases, though, it doesn't have the required number of fans.

If you don't want to relax the fan requirement, I agree with joeswm8. You'd be better off purchasing your case and PSU separately. What do you intend to power?

EDIT: The PSUs included with any Antec cases aren't bad, and the cases usually allow 1x120mm exhaust, 1x80mm front intake and 1x80mm side fan. This is also worth a look: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16811127067

The included PSU is a respectable Sparkle ATX-400PN

Antec Nine Hundred

- 1 top 200mm TriCool fan with 3-speed switch control
- 1 rear 120mm TriCool fan with 3-speed switch control
- 2 front 120mm special black TriCool blue LED fans with 3-speed switch control to cool HDDs
- 1 side (optional) 120mm fan to cool graphic cards
- 1 middle (optional) 120mm fan to cool CPU or graphic cards

thats some good cooling, no PSU but good case, it would be my choice.

All NZXT cases have good cooling, I own an NZXT Nemesis, it has three 120mm fans which are sufficient for cooling the machine.
