Good Spec for 600 or less?

Ok so, Me and my buddy are going to build a computer soon when he comes back from California. I been experimenting with Build for awhile, but I just plain Gave up.

So I was wondering if anyone here can help me with a build? The shipping is $33 and I am purchasing a sound card with it

As for the sound card, the audigy se aint much better than integrated, SE means Software Edition, save your money and stick with onboard.
