Good thing or bad thing (pic attached), and suggestions what i do about it.

dont get a 5200+ get a 5000+black edition, if your going amd, but i would say the e2200, they can overclock higher
 
i doubt i'll do any overclocking.
As i'd be scared to, and etc, so i'm looking at the stock performance of both chips.
Any advantage to either one?
And i'm still undetermined about hte AMD vs Intel thing, only reason i somewhat prefer them is because i get more friends reccomending AMD's and i think their logos are cooler looking.
 
I recommend E2200 because it have better overall performance

id go for the e2200 for what you do on your computer, intels have more L2 cache so they can multi-task better, never thought id say this but im thinking of getting an intel core 2 duo. if you only do light gaming then id go for a really basic GPU like a 7600 or something, gotta be cheap by now!
