What is a good video capture card/tv tuner that someone could recommend to me? What would I be looking for when i buy one? How does the amount of channels it supports works? if it supports 256, would it be the equivalent of having a digital cable box that supports that many channels, just on the computer?

Oh yea. I plan on getting Vista and might be using the MCE features bundled with the OS. Not only that but I would like HDTV or at least EDTV quality and plan on possibly hooking the card to my xbox 360 to capture video. Composite inputs are almost needed for that.
And with a video capture card, would I be able to hook video game systems up to the card and play them through the computer?
