Good Video Card For $100 or Less

i recently had my video card turn to complete sh!t lol, it baiscally makes waves of color lines all over my screen and there were burn marks on the part where u insert it, anyway i had a Radeon 9500Pro 128mb and am lookin for something better mayb a 256mb tohugh i kno quality wont be as good cause good 256 cost over $100, but i need some suggestions..im using a temporary card its a MX 4000 or sumtin lie 60 bucks, plan to return soon
