I was wondering what is a good match for this setup

Its a dell mobo with a 845 chipset intel with 2.2Ghz processor w/ 512MB...It has 4X AGP support

I plan on using this in my car (last P3 got stepped on while in my garage ) so I picked up this P4 mobo for free.

I was just going to find a some random video card but then I remembered that bottlenecking and stuff can occur so i decided to get one that matched my computer fairly well.

You don't have to worry much about it, if you're not gaming or doing pressured graphical tasks. Nevertheless, a 9600pro for $30 isn't a bad card for that system, unless doing any of the above tasks.

Yeah I only really am going to watch movies....play music.....maybe once in awhile play SNES or N64

I not sure how good my TV-Tuner card is but I might hook up a PS2 or something....

LOL when you click on the link, they have tons of people saying that the product is terrible because it does not work with 4X

Normal stuff yeah, A better vid card won't really help there. I do know some TV tuner's have a delayed framebuffer, meaning it might not work so well with a controlled application. Mine didn't though, only know if you try.

I don't usually pay much attention to Newegg "reviews", but yeah, more than one body complaining might bode ill.
