Got $300. What ATI video card should I get? 6950?

I have a 5770 vapor-x that I will be replacing, I will also be posting it for sale for about $90. Headed up to compusa in about an hour. I'm looking at the 6950 for my first choice and unlocking the shaders. I am also wondering if I should get one that has 2gb memory and why? I will be using 3 23" 1080p monitors eventually. Thanks.

6950 without a doubt,Its a powerhouse even stock.

I have mine stock clocks with shader unlock only and im getting around 90-100fps @ 1680x1050 Maxed out in BC2 DX11.
