If I have $500, I will not use E6320 + G33 chipset. Too expensive.
I will rather go for:
E2160 $91
a cheap P965 chipset MB. ABIT IB9 $98 MIR$30
Then get a GPU. 7600GT
DVD burner
A better but cheap PSU

Then, adding a pair of 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD,cheap case With your card reader.
It comes up $485, with MIR included
