i think there 13+ on age, iam goin to my first lan party on the 21st
but uh check www.lanparty.com to find one, depending on whats going to be happening at the lan party like beer and stuff u'd have to be older, just like overnight lan parties with young kids like me
and also depending on it with an entrance fee which would cover food, bawls, exc

Well down here we don't have organised LAN partys. We don't even have servers
But we do LAN partys.like a few guys get together..hook up, and play bunch of games all night.That is a lot of fun. Maybe if you are held back from LANing with age restrictions and such, you could get a few guys together and LAN.great deal of fun.
Just make sure you have a router,and a cross-over( it will make the night go alot smoother)

Same around here, I live in a small area so there really arent any places made specifically for LAN gaming.

Over here we have the I-series and StratLANs.
the I-series are 1000 people events, its on the west side of London and is around £60/$110 for 3-4 days.
Go there and you get quite a bit of free gear. theres also onsite food n all that

No LAN parties here. Most is 4 or 5 computers hooked up duking it out over whatever game.
Or...the 2 consecutive weekends of 4-Xbox 16 person Halo mashing for my graduation, or just our every night in the dorms hooking up 4 Xbox360's together and playing. Got in trouble alot with maintenance. First, we couldn't run the ethernet cables in teh ahll, so we went through the window. Then we couldn't run them along the window, so we sent through the ventilation (major PAIN!). Then..they had a HUGE fit, so we eventually ended up with wireless bridges on all our 360's.
