I bought a computer last week and i have little trouble with getting it running propperly.
specs:
cpu: i5-2500k
Motherboard: GA-P67A-UD4-B3
PSU: chieftec 550W 80+
GPU: MSI n560-ti twin frozer oc II
and G.skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR PC3-12800 / DDR3 1600 Mhz 2 x 4GB 9-9-9-24 1.5V Sniper memory.

im not sure if my mobo cant communicate with the ram right, but it worked for few hours and then got bad sectors(controlled with memtest86+) then i got new because of Warranty and still same problem. im all out of ideas here.

you need a better quality PSU to prevent future damage.

Now, try your ram in another computer with memtest to be sure that you are not having a DIMM socket issue.
Also, look up the memory support list for your motherboard and be sure your RAM is on it. If not, try to get some RAM that is on that list. Incompatibility can cause similar issues sometimes.

I will upgrade my PSU soon.

the memory is not on mobo compatible list, but there is not that many other. and on Memory homepage it says it is compatible with GA-P67A-UD4 which had sata2 problem by company and they fixed it and relased GA-P67A-UD4-B3 if i remember right. and i thought its not that big deal. but it seems im wrong.

try memory thats on the support list.

or as stated, test memory in another computer to see if it is your motherboard (incompatibility) or the memory.
If you dont have another DDR3 computer, just take the memory to a local shop and ask them to test it. Shouldn't cost much. Our local shop charges $1 per stick of RAM to test it.
