Got a question, and probably one you all hear too much...

I'm sure its been asked alot, but I'm not as hardware savvy, but basically i need to upgrade to a 64 bit mobo. I've got a Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm 250gig HD(found out they changed the connection pieces between the old and new 64 bit mobos) and need to upgrade a few things, mainly for gaming. Any recommendations?
Was lookin at this, but as i said not sure on what is what on the newer pc parts.

that should be great if u need a 64 bit os. whats the price on it though? post up ur budget, we might b able to recommend some better ones.
 
Well with the total stuff I'm ordering its just under 400, this mobo being 249.99 off tiger direct. Generally i don't want to spend over 300 on the mobo alone, and needin a system to keep up with the current games available.
