Got my new cooler

i just got a Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro and im not sure how to use the PWM fan speed control. i found it in my BIOS but im not sure of what i should have the settings at. I am running the Intel pentium d dual 2.8. Can anyone help me with this

what options does the bios give you? i have mine on full-on. but thats cause i prefer the coolest setting rather than the quietest.
 
I have mine on performance, using the software that came with mobo. It's quiet and actually keeps it cooler than 100%.
