Got new computer, pretty buff, not working so good

Hello,
i got new computer maybe two months ago and since then it isnt working good,
i tryed some games that could go really fast on my old computer which was worse than this one in every way and they arent going good on this new one,
i was playing warframe and it was pretty laggy, i bought batman arkham knight just for this computer so i can try it and it cant even start up, payday 2 is lagging,
and when im on youtube and things like that it sometimes freezes,
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 1200
Graphic card: Nvidia GTX 1050 TI
Motherboard: A320M PRO-VD/S
Ram: 8 gb (but it says only 3,95 is usable)
OS: Windows 10 64 bit
Any help would be welcome, thanks in advance

8 gig ram - only 3.95 usable. here's your red flag. You have a bad ram module.

Two 4 gig modules right?

If system properties is telling you that 8gb is installed but only 3.95 gb is usable then its most likely a bios issue or max mem settings issue. You can also try removing and reinserting the ram sticks.

Yeah that usually is just a BIOS issue or needs reseated, not likely to be a bad stick.
