GPU fan problem & Fan question..

I recently purchased this card from abit -

And found the performance to be great, but the GPU fan is a POS. Within two weeks it started making an annoying buzzing noise, and I have to kick the side of my case. It doesn't LOOK like it's scraping against anything.

Does anyone know what the problem could be, or could anyone suggest to me a good fan to buy for this under 26.00 USD?

mate dont worry about it if it works its cool, if it dont then start worrying about it thats my moto. i have a pc makes wierd noises all the time i dont care still works think its because of dust or the parts are old plus i havnt used them in years(not enough ide power connecters) but in your case you just got the thing so get a new fan for it theres louds of graphics cards fans round and cheap to

It's NOT cool though, idle temperature is 55c when it starts buzzing..so any reccomendations on a good fan for this card?
