GPU fan

I was watching TV last night on one of my media extenders when it started to freeze. I went and checked my HTPC server and I heard a terrible whining noise, so I opened the case and the GPU fan on my 8400GS was screaming. PC was locked up and I had to shutdown via the power button. Where can I find a replacement fan in a hurry (brick and mortar) or should I just swap the GPU for a new one? Thank you.

Various manufacturers may use different fans on that GPU, so it's difficult to say exactly what kind of fan you could use. Technically any would work if you could make it fit and wire it. Those seem to use fairly standard heatsinks so you could probably find some cheap (around $20) replacement on newegg or Amazon.
