Gpu for under $200

Right now I'm sitting at the $200 range for a graphics card. Which performs the best over all for this price range.

A couple that I'm not sure which to pick:

4890
gtx 260

Should I go with the Saphire version? It got "okay" reviews, even when I thought it was a great company.

Yup, the Sapphire one should be fine.

A nice Corsair 550w should suffice depending on the other components.

Would a 650 watt corsair with a single 12v50a rail work? It's a nice psi and suprisingly it's cheaper at bestbuy rather than new egg even without newegg mail in rebate. Plus I have a bestbuy gift card... Sorry newegg I still love yuh.
