GPU New or Used?

Okay I have this option for the XFX GTX260 XXX Edition.

New: £134.99 + £5.99P&P
Used: £122 + £4P&P

The used one is 15 months old but has only been used for 3 months in a smoke free home. Not sure weather it would be best to buy it new.

negotiate the price of the used one and you are good to go.
Actually I would have gone for the used one obviously once I had checked it but everyone has their own opinion on NEW and USED
 
I can't negotiate it because it was eBay :(

I just don't know weather to trust a used GPU.

If its on ebay then you would better go with a new one.
And is the seller providing some testing warranty
 
The 480 would be a better deal,its brand new....DX11 ready aswell.

Tbh i dont think that Ebay sale was much of a deal tbh on the 260.

Okay thanks. What scares me though is its so so cheap for what it is, everywhere else is selling it for £300+

Is that a trusted sale?
 
its a gtx 460 not a gtx 480.
GTX 460 is superior to GTX 260,GTX 275 and also consumes lesser power and gives out less heat and also is super value for money and also supports DX 11.
The GTX 2xx series is now outdated and I would not get one of their card untill and unless I am getting a really good deal on them which you are not so stick to the new cards both condition and series
