GPU Not up to Par?

I just built my system a couple weeks ago and have found that my graphics card is not running at the rate it should be. The benchmarks I have taken seem to be on the low end for my graphics card, any ideas?

System:
CPU: i5 4670k
RAM: Corsair vengence 8gb 1600
Graphics: MSI gtx 770 twin frozr oc edition
SSD: Samsung 840 evo 120gb
PSU: Antec HCG 750W
H60 Cooler

Benchmarks:
Novabench: http://imageshack.com/a/img834/9321/vpr4.png
(Score from when I first got my system, and one from yesturday)
3D Mark 11: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/8300927
3D Mark Vantage: http://www.3dmark.com/3dmv/5023104
Firestrike 1.1: http://www.3dmark.com/fs/2103389
All benchmarks with 3D Mark (except for 3D Mark Vantage are through steam)

Possible Reasons for fault:
I am using an old vga connector, with the DVI adapter to connect the graphics card to my monitor
The graphics card requires two 8 pin power connectors, and I used one cord which has two PCIe connectors attached to it
Recently installed AI Suite 3 which changed a lot of settings on my hardware (ended up uninstalling it since it caused other problems)

Here are other benchmarks to compare:

Any help or suggestions is appreciated

Ok, firstly, your PSU has 4 x 6+2 PCIe power connectors, so immediately connect the other one! Low power can cause performance issues... however

Your scores aren't that bad really, they're about right.... but if you're still worried...

Then...

  1. Uinstall AI suite, and all nvidia drivers and any other garbage you've used to 'tweek' the system.
  2. Remove ALL overclocks.
  3. Download and install this (don't run it yet) http://www.guru3d.com/files_get/driver_sweeper_download,4.html
  4. Uninstall all nvidia display drivers in Uninstall Programs in Windows
  5. Restart
  6. Run driver uninstall program downloaded earlier to clean remaining crap
  7. Restart
  8. Download and install this http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/73780/en-us
  9. Restart
  10. Run this Intel scanner and make sure you have all the latest drivers https://downloadcenter.intel.com/default.aspx

I would finally recommend ensuring you have the latest BIOS for your motherboard http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Z87PRO/HelpDesk_Download/

Seems like your ram isn't running at 1600Mhz either,in the bios change it to 800Mhz..enable Intel X.M.P if it gives you the option.

Ok first off I did set my ram to 800Mhz (for some reason it shows up as 667Mhz in 3D mark), but in CPU-Z it shows up as 800Mzhz. Second I did everything you said. I updated my bios, removed all drivers, ran the cleaner, installed newest nvidia drivers, and ran the intel scanner (updated my network driver). I ran Norton registry and file cleaner, and disk optimization. Since then I have not improved my scores at all. I am still stuck at the same scores, sometimes I get higher and sometimes I get lower (Ex. novabench ranges from graphics scores of 900-1000). I am just going to assume that these are the proper stock clock scores that I am suppose to get. The only thing that annoys me is that there is this game called SNOW which I like to play, and when I first got my card I could run High settings with 110fps and never going under 80fps, but now I run SNOW and I can only get between 60-80fps, on Very High settings I average about 40fps (around 30fps up to 70fps in game) :(

If CPU-Z says your RAM runs at 800MHz, it's running at 1600MHz. Not entirely sure why, but you have to double it. My RAM is 1600Mhz and CPU-Z says 800MHz. On other builds with 1333MHz it says 667MHz, on my 834MHz DDR2 board it says 417MHz etc.

Not entirely sure why, but you have to double it

Double Data Rate.
Based on the way it transmits data the 'effective' clock speed is double of the 'actual' clock speed. So, the RAM is running at 800 MHz but since it can transfer data on the rise and fall of the clock cycle you get a 1600 MHz effective clock rate.
