GPU/ Other upgrade advice

I have one more question that you might not know because it is loosley related to the graphics card. I am sure by now you have heard that from Nvidia The GTX 900 60,70,80, and 80ti are getting Metal Gear Solid 5 The Phantom Pain bundled along with it. If I were to buy a like new graphics card (so it means it is used) would I be able to still get that game along with it? I understand that Other conditions of used products might not have the code on there but for people who are selling it like new, should have it in there. If you can provide an answer to this you are truly the best help in the world. But if you don't reply I won't be mad.
 
No, only new cards come with a free game. When you buy a new video card (from say Newegg) they include a card inside with a code you use to redeem the game.
 
You can be guaranteed that used/like-new cards have the game code stripped out and either kept or sold by the original buying party.
 
Ok thank you. I have already bought the Corsair CX 600 watt PSU, and I will buy a Gigabyte GTX 960 G1 gaming 4GB, and I will buy some Hyper Fury X DDR3 RAM 2x4. Those are my plans. Thank you so much for helping me out. I would have had no direction to what to buy. Thanks so much.
