before i got my new case, the card got up 2 93C i contacted ATi and they said tht 1900xtx will hit those sorta temps.
 
80 is the max I've ever seen it, thats overclocked. I'm going to get an arctic cool fan for my card, cause the fan on there now drives me nuts with noise:mad: I wonder what temp ranges it will be then....
 
Mine idles around 56C when its oc'd. It's a major improvement, since most 7600GS's only have heatsinks, and they idle around 60-70C :eek:

Im going to apply some AS5 and see if that drops the temps.
 
mine idles at 48C, and with load can go into near 70 range. I use the stock cooler, slightly OCed and have AC5 on it.
 
my stock fan went out on my xfx nvidia 6600gt. replaced it with the vf zalman 700 copper one and it idles at 79c or 80c. i heard the zalman was the saviour! i have to open case and keep a house fan on it. everything else idles high 20's or low 30's. would using as5 make that much of a difference? the fan on the zalman is quiet and rotates great but somenthings got to be wrong. any ideas?
 
no clue... my pc doesn't tell me... i doubt it gets hot, its ancient, right after use it is just a little warm... not hot tho...
