GPU Upgrade Question?

As stated in the title, I’m currently looking to upgrade my Gpu without doing any other upgrades. What would be the best gpu i can get without having any bottlenecks or issues? Below are the specs of my computer.

According to the specs of that case, any video card up to 378mm in length and depending on if you can use single or double pci slots.

Sorry i’m relatively new to pc gaming and such. Would a 5060 ti or a 4070 work with my pc? I was looking for the dimensions but couldn’t find it.
 
From what I just searched the 5060ti would fit. All you got to do is research the physical dimensions of the card. If you can post links to where you are gonna buy them from we can search better for you.
