Gpu upgrade quick one.

My brother has this computer.

I want to get him a gpu to play WoW with me on ultra settings (keep in mind the new expansion is coming out and i want him to have ultra for that as well). He may also play some other games in the future. I see that is has a really crappy power supply, but i found an antec 430w that i know works for free. So i need to know what gpu to get that will be around a hundred bucks. The 460 came to mind, but im not sure if this computer will support it. Can anyone help me out?

Yes, a Antec 430 watt work great on a 460, even a GTX 570 would run on 420 watts, even 350 watts.

You'd probably be able to get away with a 430W, but you need a 450W PSU with 24A to the +12V rail to run a 460 smoothly. I'd look into a Corsair CX500 - that's a 500W PSU and would be OK for the GTX 460. You can even get a Corsair CX600 if you want more wattage, but I'd say the CX500 would be OK.

No. A GTX 570 requires at least a 550W PSU with at least 38A on the +12V rail. No 420W or 350W PSU can provide 38A to the +12V rail. Running a 570 on a 350W PSU would be lethal, don't do it!!!
