what country are you in, and i don't thenk that psu is worth crap, would prob be better off with a decent new psu along with a hd6770 or something along those lines, with rebates can prob get a 6850, but that's in usd

Im selling a sapphire radeon 6950 2gb for 225 usd. Never been used. Look at my thread under comp parts for sale. Not sure what intl shipping would be though..

can lower the gpu to get the psu if you want, but that will max everything at 1080p, and the first psu is modular while the second is 650, idk which would be better, prob the first. and also second says it doesn't come with the power cable.

as far as i know, it's easier to just have the 1 standard since it's not big, not really small, just right, so no need to make it all difficult especially since new sizes cost a ton to develop and all normally.

32 bit uses 4gb's of ram, the vram is unaffected since it is used by the gpu and drivers not the os.

Wrong again.

A 32bit OS version of Windows can only address 2^32 = 4GB total. that includes GPU, RAM, HDD memory etc. It will address the 2GB of VRAM and other hardware, and what will be left over (i.e 4GB - 2GB - around 200Mb = available system ram) ~ 1.8GB of your installed 4GB - wasting the rest. You need a 64bit OS version of Windows.

PSUs that are ATX will fit an ATX case. You will need a new PSU for any GPU you purchase.
