Graphic card doesn't fit?

It has this 3 pin connector for the fan but theres no slot for it because the line is way too short.

Most all fans I see for GPUs connect directly to the GPU.

Yea there should be a 3 pin power connecter on the video card itself near the fan to plug it into.
