Graphic Card Won't Work

Good day everyone,

Today I installed a new northbridge cooler on my ep45-ud3l motherboard. After doing so, I turned my computer on and used it for several hours and everything went well and when I was finished using the computer, I it turned it off. A bit later, I turned my computer back on and nothing shows up on the screen. So then, I took out the video card (Radeon 5770) and put in a different card and it started working. I highly doubt that my 5770 has anything wrong with it because it was JUST working. Any suggestions on what the problem might be? I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE ANY ADVICE!!!!

Since the other card is working, it is your card failing or having a connection issue. You ruled out the PSU, Motherboard, RAM, CPU, PCIe x16 bus controller, and shorting issues when you said the second card worked.

Reinstall the 5770 and make sure it is fully seated and all necessary power cables are connected, then try it again. If it doesn't work after that, your card has failed.

the fan powers on. Either your DVI/VGA port, vRAM, or Graphics Processing Unit (its the core of the GPU) has failed.

You will need to replace the card.
