Graphic cards question

I have HP s5610f desktop and would like to upgrade the graphic card to a decent one. Which graphic cards would work with this computer?
I currently have ATI Radeon HD 3000.

Well according to google that system you have is build in a Slimline case,so your choice in graphics cards are limited really,Im also betting the power Supply in that Hp will need to be changed aswell to cope with a new graphics card.

what is your max you are willing to spend on this system? and what games do you want to play?
 
Yes, it's a slimline.
Maximum price about $175. It can change though.
Games are like Pro evolution soccer 2011, nba 2k11, and other sports game.
 
I recently received the HP s5610f Slimline for Christmas.. too bad my family doesn't understand why gaming computers are build the way they are xD So I am also interested in replacing the graphics card on my rig, and I guess [if I must] replace the power supply as well. I have a similar budget to jks279 so any info you all could give would be extremely helpful. :]

By the way I play games like Battlefield: Bad Company 2 [which barely even runs with the ATI Radeon HD 3000], S.T.A.L.K.E.R., and Batman: Arkham Asylum to name a few.. and it pains me to see those games in such low quality, because I know they can look amazing. >_<
